If anything we’ve sent you isn’t to your satisfaction, we’ll take the item back if it meets the following conditions:
- Unused and in new condition*
- Returned within 60 days of purchase on retail items Only.
- If consumable, it hasn't yet expired
If a product is broken or defective we will of course replace it or offer you a full refund at no charge.

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our 3 fulfillment centers where we will ship your item(s) within 1-2 business days out to your pup, and then you will received a tracking email once your order hits the road.
Order's typical take between 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on your location.
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your style from the menu on the product page then click the “Add to Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.
We currently ship everywhere in the US and the rest of the World. How cool is that? High paw!

US orders will leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days and arrive in your pup’s paws within 2-4 weeks after the order leaves the warehouse. International orders will take approximately 20-40 days.
If we are unable to ship out to your pup at the current moment, keep your ears perked because hopefully one day we are able to ship out to you and your lucky pup!
